Used graphic application:
Adobe Photoshop 7.0
When moving the cursor above the image on the left - the image before the processing appears.
Please read precisely the description of the consecutive actions. Often there are a lot of questions in comments which are answered in tutorial content. While working with Photoshop - rush is not recommended.
1. Open the Photoshop program.
2. Open two pictures purposed to processing (first - bodybuilder, secend - our face). Choose : File » Open or press (Ctrl + O) keys
...or by double clicking the left mouse button on the dark grey application background.
In the Window choos bouth of pictures with pressing Ctrl key.
First choos the picture witch your face - just click it (the bar on the top of the picture should be blue now - it means that it is currently under processing). If you need, you can drag the pictures by using this bar.
3. Choose the Lasso Tool
(L) from toolbox.
4. By clicking and holding the left mouse button outline the face in the photo.
It don’t have to be accurate. The excess will be removed subsequently.
When the face is outlined (selected) - copy the selected fragment to clipboard (a sort of cache memory) - choos Edit / Copy from program menu, or press Ctrl + C keys.
5. Now click the image with the base photo - the one with the bodybuilder (the bar on the top of the photo should be blue now - it means that it is currently under processing).
Then paste the earlier copied fragment with face to be inserted: Edit / Paste or Ctrl + V
6. Now remove the excess of the background that was cut out with the face.
If the face is dimly visible (too small) extend it using the Zoom Tool
(Z)
Then choose the Eraser Toll
(E).
To make your work more comfortable - switch off the view of the layer with the bodybuilder (in the Layers panel - click the eye icon next to the layer with the bodybuilder).
Wipe away near the face contour.

7. Now you have to customize the size of used face to the bodybuilder face size.
Choose Edit / Transform / Scale from program menu.
Now press Shift key (don't release yet) and drag the small square on rectangular outline corner to middle (or out) of the picture. it adjust the face size to the appropriate level.
When size is correct - release Shift key, and press Enter or double click on the adjusted area.

8. Move our face instead of the bodybuilder face. For the purpose of precise localization of the face. Choose
(V), and use the keyboard arrows or cursor.
Now adjust the intensity of the light on our face to the rest of the body (it is too dark). For that purpose use levels.
Choose Image / Adiustments / Levels or press Ctrl + L keys.
Using the small triangles below the histogram (dragging them horizontally) - adjust the light intensity level then click OK.
It often happens that skin hue of the inserted face differs from the hue of the rest of the body. There is a advice on that. Choose: Image / Adiustments / Color Balance from the menu and adjust skin colour using the slider.
9. Now you have to get rid of the dark outline and shadow of the bodybuilder jaw.
Check the layer with the bodybuilder (it will be processed now) - click on it in the Layers panel.
Choose Clone Stamp Tool
(S) from toolbox.
Press the Alt key (cursor will turn into a circle with a cross inside) and, holding it, click the left mouse button a few millimetres under the dark jaw outline. After clicking release the Alt button. From the marked place the Clone Stamp Tool will move the picture in the place that you are interested in that is the shadow of the jaw (it will clone the central neck section and draw it above).
Having the selection you can draw now. Move the mouse a few millimetres above and paint over the shadow. The cursor has the circle shape now (it is the brush head now) near one there is the cross (it indicates the place from which it takes the picture at the moment). Simple rule: pressed Alt - cloning, released Alt - drawing. It is not an easy task. You have to practise some time with that tool to get into stride. The place from which you are cloning picture and the place to which you are moving it are both important (distance, angle, direction). The best way is to use natural lines, colours boundaries and similar paths.

The end.
